When you have received your Merchant ID and Merchant Key from Sage Payment Solutions, enter these credentials on the Electronic Receipts Setup tab in the 7-2 Company Information window. Also on this tab:

Alternatively, you can use the Electronic Receipts window to keep your Sage 100 Contractor ledger up to date by recording and posting receipts that you entered directly in the Sage Exchange Portal.
