About Autofill Pay Rate

Important!  

• Only a user logged in as supervisor has the access rights to turn this option on and off.
• Security needs to be defined for the Pay Rate column for the user(s) that can and cannot access it. For those users that will not be seeing the Pay Rate information, the Autofill Pay Rate will automatically be populated when they have completed entering a timecard.

If you are using security to hide the Pay Rate column in 5-2-2 Payroll Records, Autofill Pay Rate can be turned on to fill in the default Pay Rate automatically for users that do not have access to pay rate information.
