You can allow a company to appear under the Show Archives company list when you open a company.
| 1 | Open 7-2 Company Information. |
| 2 | Select Options > Set as Company Archive. |
Note: This option controls where the company is listed in the Open Company window, as well as showing the red banner and warnings that you’re working in an archive database. If you designate a company as a company archive, it will only be listed in the window if you select the radio button [Show Archives] in the Company List.
