You can track employee training with Sage 100 Contractor.
1 | Using the data control, select the employee. |
2 | At the bottom of the 5-2-1 Employees window, click the Training button. |
3 | The Employee Training window appears. |
4 | Do one of the following: |
a | Click in a cell in the Training Type column, and then press the F6 key to open the Training Types lookup window to enter Training Type# and a Type Name. |
b | Alternatively, in a cell the Training Type column, click the drop-down arrow, and then double-click an existing training type to select it. |
5 | In the Last Date text box, enter the date when the employee last received training. |
6 | In the Training Cycle text box, enter the cycle when the employee next receives training. |
7 | In the Next Date text box, enter the next date that training will be presented. |
8 | In the Notes column, enter notes about the employee training as needed. |
9 | Repeat steps 4–8 for each license; however, only step 4 is required. |
10 | On the menu bar, click File > Save. |
11 | The Employee Training window closes. |
